I explained the intricate details of our situation and he continuously worked to meet our needs of this home sale. Communication with him throughout this process was phenomenal and he addressed all issues with solutions. Couldn't be happier with the outcome of this entire experience! The standard of buying/selling houses in SD County, Daniel is the best! When the buyer offers began rolling in, he was honest on all of them and kept our best interest in mind. Especially with the volatile housing market it presented some challenges that he was well ahead of.
