I asked a relative if they knew any good real estate agent in the Granite City area. They told me to talk to Danny Greene at Century 21. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took us to many houses in our price range and meeting what we were looking for...a few of the house were on the day they were put on the market. The house we bought, we were shown on the day it hit the market and loved it. Within an hour we had a contract approve. Without Danny we would not have found this home and we are very happy with the whole experience. If I ever need an agent again I will surely use him and recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home. Danny was really helpful in the whole process. He let me know up front all the thing to do and to look forward to and expect. He even knew the history of the home and the area and told me it would be wise to get a sewer inspection. I listened to his advise and the sewer did have issues and the seller repaired them. Without his knowledge I would have not known and a few months or a year done the road I would have had to replace the sewer line on my own...costing me a lot of time, headaches and money. I do not think my home buying experience could have gone any smoother. Thank you, Danny Greene and Century 21. Danny was always available when we needed him and worked very fast on showing us home in our price range and meeting our needs. Danny was very patient with us...house after house until we found the one perfect for us. He even meet with us the night before closing to walk through the home one more time. Like I said before, this experience could not had gone any easier or better than it did. We are very happy. A few times I had to drop off papers for Danny or for the mortgage broker, someone was always there and they were all very helpful and polite. At closing I also meet another Century 21 broker, Gaye Flood, the listing agent...she too was very friendly, professional and courteous.
