Had issues with Marine Federal giving us the business. Daniel Heffner came in and knew something wasn't right. We went from 20 years fixed to 15 years fixed with a new bank. We had money we would loss because of the amount the seller can give you on closing, Daniel stepped up to the plate and those funds were taken off the total of the home. Every obstacle we faced he had the answer. I was using a mouth piece from grinding My teeth because of the stress of trying to purchase a home. Daniel Heffner's proficiency ended that, he is a Real Estate Professional. I would choose him a million times, you can appreciate someone who makes your life easier. He let me rest at night knowing the Home of My Dreams would be mine; And it is!!!!! When I begin to write about everything, I really realized just how much he had done.
