I am so glad that USAA assigned me to Daniel Heffner. Daniel was absolutely great. He was very knowledgeable and very patient. He was very helpful anytime I had a question and made sure I understood important facts about the home buying process. I like that he was very straightforward in letting me know everything I needed to know. I also like the fact that he didn't try to push me into making any decisions; he let me make my own choices on my own time. I would recommend him to everyone I know.
