Seller reviewDaniel Miller made the entire process so smooth it felt like it wasn't real! For a first time seller, the anxiety of the process was the worst feeling and after meeting and setting up our plan with Daniel, that anxiety already started to fade. From the first meeting to the day of closing, there wasn't one moment where we didn't have 100% trust in Daniel.

Just an overall great guy. I highly highly recommend Daniel. He'll make sure you're taken care of in every way and do a lot behind the scenes to ensure a smooth buying process. Even with the issues we had that came up right before closing (that were not due to him, it was an underwriter issue) and our closing being pushed back he was extremely helpful and got things done in a very timely manner that I didn't expect to happen quickly at all.
