There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills, and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. Buyer reviewWe used Dan after seeking out a local realtor to purchase a vacation home. Two kept coming up in searches, one being Dan. In actuality we reached out to both but right off the bat it was clear Dan was more responsive and was ready and willing to help us find our perfect home. I had visions of being Joanna Gaines and kept dragging my husband and Dan to "fixer upper" houses in various states of disarray. Dan brought me back down to reality explaining what each house needed and the process for that. Ultimately after seeing 10 or so houses Dan brought us to one of his choosing - one that wasn't on my radar but ended up being what we were looking for. I highly recommend Dan.
