His patience and willingness with each offer was greatly appreciated. He stayed on top everything and helped in seeing everything our loan company needed got to them quickly. Dan always made himself available to show us homes since we had difficult schedules and were pressed for time since our home sold. Dan was also extremely helpful when looking at homes to point out the important aspects of the homes so we could make a well rounded decision. He also made the stressful process of looking for a home both fun and relaxing. He is not only a great agent but a caring person and now a good friend.
