Seller reviewHaving dealt with Danielle previously, I had no doubt that I would use her again selling my home. I can't say enough about her talent and ability to list and sell my home and her patience was very much appreciated. The buyer caused several problems, but Danielle addressed all the issues and took care of everything. She should be listed as one of your best agents...and I would recommend her highly!!! Other than the buyer changing attorneys and holding up the sale for several months, I am satisfied with the end result. I can only say she was "Top Notch" and totally deserving of the commission she was paid. There were several problems with the buyer. Hence...the long overdue "Closing" of my home, but Danielle was patient and extremely helpful. It was a difficult home to sell as it was extremely small so Danielle listed it as "For Sale as an Investment Property." She found a renter in the meantime and that helped with my expenses as I had moved out of state. In the end, a buyer came along, but held things up for months and caused some distress to my renter. There was back and forth negotiations and until the final week I wasn't sure there was going to be a "Closing", but thankfully it took place and I am pleased that it is over. Danielle was wonderful!
