In discussion regarding the settling of my husband's mother's estate,our lawyer immediately suggested Century 21 because of her past experience with Danielle Fiorino. Danielle met us at the property one day after contacting her, fully appraised of the property, township, flood zones, taxes and willing to help us through the disposal of the home and adjacent property. We listed in February, right before the pandemic struck, but that did not deter Danielle's effort on our behalf. When a buyer was interested, we are sure that Danielle's experience assisted the buyer's creative approach to finance the property and assistance securing flood insurance at a more reasonable price than the insurance had cost the owner. We would absolutely recommend Danielle Fiorino to friends and family buying or selling a home or property.
