My name is Danielle McMeans and I have been a Realtor since 2006. I was born and raised in East Tennessee and I have expert knowledge and a passion for this area. I personally have many family members who have served, and are serving, in the US military. Because of this, military Veterans and their families are extremely important to me. I have a strong understanding of their sometimes unique situations and needs. Buyer reviewDanielle is more than we could have ever expected in a realtor. She is caring and extremely flexible with scheduling. Danielle is extremely personable...she actually made looking at houses fun. During the time we were viewing houses we had horrible luck, we had 3 houses under contract and as no fault of Danielle they all fell through. Even though we had horrible house hunting luck Danielle stuck with us and motivated us to keep moving forward, and as a result we now have the home of our dreams!

Seller reviewDanielle was excellent through the entire process. The sale of the property was due to a change in living requirements and was executed via a power of attorney and executorship. Being new to both of these fields, Danielle proved to be a wealth of information and was able to handle the process both efficiently and effectively. Her role in this process made the transition smooth on my (the sellers) end and made it much easier event for everyone involved. Another point to note was the professionalism in which she corresponded. My job requires frequent and distant travel. Most of the communications were via email and text, even at hours outside normal business. Her integration of technology allowed the exchange and signing of documentation that would have otherwise required a face to face meeting and thus lengthened the process. At some point in the future, we will be needing the skill set of a good realtor and we will be seeking the services of Century 21 Legacy and Danielle as well. Thanks for the assistance.
