When i first saw Danny I was 21 and i came to him asking buy a house but not any time soon. He took me to his lender and they both answered all questions that i had at the time. There was no telling Danny that i was actually going to be a customer. To him, i was just some kid with big dreams. Well, 6 months later i had decided to pull the trigger. He took me just as seriously as when i first met him and from then on we both busted our asses to ensure the best property. I could have easily wasted that man and his broker's time but he still took me seriously. Regardless of my age, regardless of my demeanor. I was pretty serious too about this property. I was purchasing it to use as an asset so that i can rent out and establish a portfolio. Yet, Danny seemed to work even harder than me, a 22 year old in the Air Force. Don't let his age fool you.
