As a native Floridian originally from Plant City, I grew up enjoying all that the Tampa Bay area has to offer. After briefly living in New York and Pennsylvania, I couldn't move back home to Florida fast enough!
As your neighbor, I am concerned about the same things you are....great neighborhoods, schools, shopping, excellent medical care, professional sports teams, and great entertainment. Living in the Tampa Bay area is like living in a resort full time. We are close to the best beaches in the country, Disney, international airports, and countless other attractions. With my knowledge of this area, I can help you find exactly what you are looking for in a home, neighborhood, and lifestyle.
Since 2015, I have been a licensed real estate agent helping many buyers and sellers navigate their way through the process of moving. Along the way, I have gained valuable experiences working with mortgage and insurance companies, title companies, home inspectors, and many others to help make your buying and selling process go smoothly.
My husband and I are very proud to have 5 grown children and 3 beautiful grandchildren. We also are lucky enough to have my Mom, brothers, and tons of extended family members living close by. We enjoy spending time with family, road trips, trying new recipes, walks on the beach to watch the beautiful Florida sunsets.

Buyer reviewDarbie Pfeiffer and Debra Beard never made us feel like we were a bother to them, always answered the phone or text when a question came up. They both know the business and how to make it simple for the buyer. Never did they hurry us to make a decision and often challenged us to make sure we were making the right decision. I would recommend them for their attitudes, knowledge, and professional demeanor among other characteristics. I am not sure how far reproach goes but Darby Pfiefer and Debra Beard went beyond it. We were truly blessed with them and could not have had a more perfect realtor.

Seller reviewRegarding Darbie Pfeiffer, I don't think that I can add much to what I have already stated. Every facet involved in the "selling process" was explained, with more questions answered, when needed. I might add, as we progressed, Darbie was always there! Please understand that selling a home after 20 years, at 81 years of age, is a bit traumatic. Darbie is Our Friend!

Buyer reviewWe had a difficult time negotiating with the bank on a foreclosure. Darbie and Debra assisted us in every way and got the deal done. The bank had many delays and wouldn't push back the closing or take away the penalty if we missed our closing date. Our broker advised they needed about 45 days to close and by the time the contract was finalized, we had just under 30 days. Between Darbie and Debra keeping on top of everything and our mortgage broker pushing everything along, we closed on time and in just under 30 days.
