Seller reviewI cannot say enough great things about Darcy. When I tell you she took on so many roles as our realtor with such a positive attitude and impact I absolutely mean it. She explained every aspect of the entire process to us every step of the way. She went above and beyond doing things that most wouldn't even think about. We live over 800 miles away and needed someone we could trust without us being in the picture. Darcy is that person! She even emptied the trash! Darcy kept us informed with every step of this process. Phone calls, texts, emails and even video calls sometimes multiple times a day. And if you are still reading all the great things I have to say about Darcy I've saved the best for last. Darcy listed our property on a Friday. Within 3 days we had multiple offers above asking price and under contract for 10k above asking. Closing took in TOTAL start to finish 23 days even as she navigated probate! I highly recommend Darcy and her team if you ever need a top notch Realtor.
