If I lived in her area I use her expertise again as well as recommend her to neighbors friends and anyone looking for real estate needs. My experience was so positive I consider Darla Stevens a friend of mine now. Professional and curteous. If I had other properties in the area Darla would would be the first broker I would call. Best experience Ive had with a real estate deal.

We have had a very good experience with her and this office. The house was listed and under contract in 5 days at our asking price. Darla always responded ASAP.

Bought the home from C-21 Stevens & Assoc. in 2002 and the agent was great in all ways! I vowed I would use the agency again when I sold the property. This sale was challenging, to say the least, with a number of unforeseen problems that were not created by Broker Darla Stevens'. She handled them quickly and professionally and kept in touch with me all along the way. I would recommend Darla Stevens to anyone looking for property in the Fall River County/Hot Springs area.
