Buyer reviewDarleen was the first broker that I spoke to. From the start of talking to her I knew she had a lot of knowledge and knew the area extremely well. She followed up right away with limitings when I told her what I was looking for and she knew what areas would be best for me. She regularly communicated with me and was a huge help during the mortgage process too! I greatly appreciate all the work she did and would reccomend her to anyone I know looking to buy in this area! Since this was my first time buying a house Darleen was extremely helpful! We communicated on a daily basis and she stayed right on top of everything! She treated me as if I was her own daughter buying her first house. I couldn't have imagined getting a better broker when buying my first house! Living 2.5 hours from my parents she was a huge help in the house hunting process when my parents couldn't be here. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know about to purchase their first home!
