Buyer reviewDarlene showed up numerous properties and took a lot of time to make sure she showed us what we were looking for. She went above and beyond our expectations. She kept up us to date on all aspects of our purchase and was very available to answer any and all questions She went over and above expectations

Seller reviewI was originally selling the property by owner and not working too hard at it. Darlene Williamson saw my sign on the property and contacted me. I checked out her credentials on the Century 21 Cumberland Realty website and elsewhere. We met in person to walk the entire property. Darlene spent over 3 hours doing this with me, which impressed me greatly and showed her commitment and interest to know the property and market it successfully. I immediately signed her as my agent. There were no serious inquiries on the property for 2 months. Suddenly we had a contract, things moved really quickly in 2 days, and Darlene expedited the paperwork and handled the closing in my absence since I was leaving for Peru and out of country for 15 days. She is very knowledgable of other properties for sale in the area met my criteria for selling the property. I am extremely satisfied with Darlene Williamson as my Realtor and enjoyed working with her.

Buyer reviewDarlene kept me informed of everything going on during the whole buying process. She is very professional, a great communicator and was wonderful to work with. There were a few times that I was 'on edge' about everything working out, but Darlene's professional experience helped me feel safe and to get through it. You should be proud to have someone such as Darlene as a representative of your company. I would definitely recommend her to friends and relatives. As you will see above, she was excellent in every aspect of the process. Again Darlene was excellent in all of the above. One of the things I appreciated in particular was that she was always accessible. Most always she answered her phone, but if not she would always call me back immediately.

She has gone above and beyond all of our expectations in providing additional answers to questions we had about the property and also any of our concerns about the property after the purchase. Even after the purchase was completed she has made herself available to check on the property personally since we are not in the area currently and will not be there for a short amount of time. We would highly recommend Darlene to anyone looking for a friendly, caring, knowledgeable, real estate professional!
