Buyer reviewWe were planning to rent a place in Houghton but decided it would be better to buy if we could find the right place at the right price. We literally walked into the office without previously setting an appointment. We described our need, Darrell gave us an overview of the community and a listing of homes in our price range. We drove by several homes and a few days later cam back and Darrell showed us our favorites. We made an offer the shortly after that with Darrell coaching us along the way. It was a great experience. Darrell made the entire process very easy and provided good communications thoughout the process. Easy to work with and seemed to always have our best interests in mind. Listened to our interests, provided good local perspective and was attentive through the search, offer and closing processes.
