I entered the real estate profession in October 1993, though at the time, it wasn't something I had ever imagined myself pursuing. My initial experience with real estate was simply buying and selling my own homes when the need arose. However, life had different plans for me.
Drawing on my military background, education, and everyday experiences, I was led to a calling I never expected: helping others with their real estate needs. While it seemed like an unlikely path at first, I decided to take everything I had learned and channel it into assisting people who required guidance in the world of real estate.
Looking back, I see how much of a blessing this journey has been. Over nearly three decades in this profession, I've had the privilege of helping countless people, and I'm excited to continue making a positive impact on many more lives.

Buyer reviewI bought my first house 5 years ago with the help of Dave and absolutely would not consider working with anyone else if he is still in the business. He is out to do what is right for me. He tells me things to look for, he reminds me of things when I need to be reminded. He is very patient and I never once felt pressured to do anything. This time was complicated because I had to sell my house and buy a house and it needed to happen at the same time. Dave made sure it all worked out, without him I don't know if I could have ever done this. Honestly the best! I am a teacher, pay attention to detail and at times maybe get a bit stressed out. So thank you so much for having patience and time to take me through every part of buying and selling and teaching me a lot in the process. He is the best! He wasn't going to get me into the wrong house, he was always looking out for what was best for me. Not sure how we got this to all work out, but we did it! I'm sitting in my new house happy as can be. Thank you!
