Seller reviewThis is my second experience with Dave, and as before, he was awesome. He often goes above and beyond in helping with things that are really not his job, but his kindness shows through. I recommend him every chance I get, and have done so for the past 20 years. He communicated daily, and often had to explain things more than once, or in small words, speaking very slowly, for those of us who do not grasp the whole concept. He did so with patience and kindness. Love Dave! He is awesome! Seriously....Dave ROCKS! Della was friendly and helpful.

Buyer reviewDave Harrell is an outstanding agent. His experience, knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile makes him the ideal guide on the journey to homeownership. There are those who do their job well enough, up to a point, and then there are those who truly like what they are doing, take pride in their work, go the extra mile, and use their experience and knowledge to guide real estate novices to a happy new home. Dave is such a guide. We felt we were in good hands from the outset, but it was when it came time to make an offer, negotiate with the seller, go through the inspection process and deal with all the minutiae of home ownership in California that Dave's extensive expertise and attention to detail really paid off. Dave also has a great team by his side, particularly his associate, Emily Rainsford, who always made herself available to us to got see properties at a moment's notice and never lost patience with us during the seven months it took us to find the right place.

Dave came in with a clear and easy to follow action plan and out all the power back into our hands. He gave excellent suggestions for how we can raise our home value and coordinated every step of the way. He truly went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations! 10/10 would hire again.

Seller reviewDave invests 100% of himself into the sale of a house. You get the impression he's selling his own home. He was wonderful with the whole team of people involved in getting the house ready for sale, including my family members and contractor. He gave sound advice and feedback and communicated with me on almost a daily basis as to the progress of repairs, inspections and the overall sales process. He explained things in detailed terms I could easily understand. He offered to review every document in detail. He has also been available and has answered my questions and given me great advice for purchasing a new home, even though he's not the agent for that transaction. Dave easily overcame the challenges created by the COVID crisis and found creative ways to deal with showings, disclosures and inspections. He comes with his own labor resources to help with repairs and ongoing maintenance during the sales process. Dave found the perfect, enthusiastic buyer and I feel comfortable knowing the right person will now enjoy home I had for 28 years.
