Seller reviewDave did a fabulous job for us. We had a for sale by owner sign up and he knocked on the door and told us that he could do a much better job than us and he was right. We had a few issues during the sale. Dave navigated us right thru each one to our satisfaction. He even pitched right in and helped out. We've moved to another state so we won't be needing Dave, but I do recommend him to family and friends still in the area.
