Buyer reviewFrom day one, Dave Weinert listened to our needs and found viable properties. He made himself available to show properties in a timely manner even when some of the properties were 40 to 50 miles from his location. When the seller of the house we had a contract with surprised us with the fact that the property had not been approved by the sellers bank for the amount of the offer, he stayed diligent, assuring and followed through until the end. Great job Dave! Thank you so much for all of your help!

Seller reviewI think Dave Weinert did an excellent job describing my property. He took a lot of pictures of the property before I had moved a lot of things out of the house. I asked him to remove them and he did which made the place look great. He would go out of his way to check on the house because I had an alarm system which kept going off. to make me feel more at ease being out of town he would text. He is a good listener and tries to get back to you as soon as possible. He has a sense of humor that reflects in his description of properties. He lets you know if things are going smoothly even when you don't hear from your attorney.
