Buyer reviewThe mechanics of making the offer, negotiations, and closing were handled smoothly and efficiently. Even more impressive: David Cardoso used his knowledge of the seller's situation to obtain a price reduction that I would have missed out on if negotiating for myself. Probably a number of people can make the technical details (offers, paperwork, closing) work, but what David brings a deal is understanding the motivations of both the buyer and seller. This leads to deals which are good for both.
