I was referred to Dave by a long time Attorney in Milford I was doing business with at the time. Right from the outset and through the entire process, Dave was aggressive in listing the house quickly, setting up open houses, pursuing every potential buyer, and assisting with the negotiations. He provided constant updates on each open house, interested buyers, and other agent feedback. This put me at ease. Although I had to put the house on the market at Thanksgiving, (typically a time people are not looking to move), Dave generated allot of activity and ultimately, we sold for our original asking price.
