I have served the public in Real Estate since 2005 and have been highly successful with selling over 600+ properties and earned various Century 21 Top Producer awards. I am a full time Realtor and have helped a lot of people buy and sell Real Estate, I also helped the banks sell their foreclosed assets. I not only sold the bank's assets, I also managed their assets' utilities, repairs, liens, and any reports needed for their records. I have served on the High Desert Association of Realtors Board of Directors for 4 years and numerous other committees such as Government Relation Committee, Local Candidate Recommendation Committee, Government Affairs Committee, and the MLS Committee where I served as Chairperson for 2 years and a member for over 4 years. Before becoming a successful Realtor, I managed Coco's Restaurants for 12 years with the same success that I currently have. I also served this Great Country in the United State Air Force. I have plenty of experience in customer service and management, which is an important part of buying and selling Real Estate. Buyer reviewDavid made sure to keep us up to speed at all times while waiting for our home to close escrow. He was always reachable and returned messages and calls timely. David was diligent during a lengthy process showing us 25-30 homes in a month. He listens to what you're looking for and shows you listings that meet your criteria. He listens to what your negotiable points are and takes them into consideration as well. He was great and persistent when it came to getting documentation from the other party and their agent/broker. David was professional, knowledgeable, and has a good sense of humor to boot. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good agent. If we ever purchase another home or need to look again, we will be using David again for sure.
