I have served the public in Real Estate since 2005 and have been highly successful with selling over 600+ properties and earned various Century 21 Top Producer awards. I am a full time Realtor and have helped a lot of people buy and sell Real Estate, I also helped the banks sell their foreclosed assets. I not only sold the bank's assets, I also managed their assets' utilities, repairs, liens, and any reports needed for their records. I have served on the High Desert Association of Realtors Board of Directors for 4 years and numerous other committees such as Government Relation Committee, Local Candidate Recommendation Committee, Government Affairs Committee, and the MLS Committee where I served as Chairperson for 2 years and a member for over 4 years. Before becoming a successful Realtor, I managed Coco's Restaurants for 12 years with the same success that I currently have. I also served this Great Country in the United State Air Force. I have plenty of experience in customer service and management, which is an important part of buying and selling Real Estate. Seller reviewDavid was a true professional throughout the process of selling our home. He kept us up to date on any and all new developments and was always fast to respond to our phone calls when we wanted to ask questions. As many might agree, selling your home can be a very stressful and sometimes unpleasant experience especially when people think their home has a higher sale value to it than potential buyers might think and they want you to reduce your asking price. David did an outstanding job in evaluating the market value of the home which was a higher cost that what my wife and I thought it was actually worth. The home was listed based upon David's recommendation of the price and on the first day it when on the market, we had as I remember, 4 to 5 offers! In the end, the home sold above asking price. All because David knew the market and the value of the homes in that area. We were shocked to say the least. I would highly recommend David to anyone looking to either buy or sell a home. The thing we appreciated the most from David was his honesty and authenticity. David really advocated for us and respected our space when making decisions. He was also very knowledgeable and communicated with us very well. We really felt he cared and wanted the best for us in selling our home, which is a quality that can be hard to find in realtors at times. He did not make us feel like he was just doing it for the money and that it was just a "job." David genuinely cares for his clients and you can tell that loves what he does. If there was an "above excellent" option, I would have checked that for all of the above!!!
