Seller reviewDavid is a true professional in what he does. He knows the area he covers, understands the dynamics of specific seller and buyer and is able to tailor his approach to their needs. He is realistic in his approach and does and says what he means. That is so critical for a buyer/seller so that surprises are minimized. I would recommend David in a heartbeat to friends and family.

David was extremely professional, understood that we were not comfortable and helped negotiate with the other party so that we did not lose our deposit.
