Did not consider calling anyone else because of very positive past dealings with Mr. Hageman. Mr. Hageman kept me constantly informed. The transaction proceeded quickly and without any problems. I have worked with several different brokerages and agents in the greater Houston area, performing inspections. I consider David's professionalism, knowledge of his craft, and understanding of the subject matter to far exceed those qualities of any other Realtor with which I have worked. The positive impact of his attendance to our specific needs during this purchase was evident: our concerns and questions and the real value assigned and his ability to act as our advocate not only during the sale but with the purchase of our newly constructed home. David is a consummate gentleman that is guided by his Faith and morality but demonstrates the tenacity required to effectively represent clients. He's the only Realtor I will refer.

David Hageman was absolutely the best real estate agent I could have asked for. I was dealing with a family estate from California and David stepped up in an unbelievable way arranging everything for me from carpet cleaning to HVAC, listed at the right price and sold within a days.
