Seller review

David was the listing agent for the house we had just purchased. I was impressed with his marketing materials and professionalism, so I approached him at closing about listing our home for sale. The pictures, video, and brochures of our home were outstanding and truly represented what a beautiful and unique home it is. Due to its unique qualities, we knew that our home wouldn't be easy to sell. However, David and his team stayed dedicated, even though the property was on the market for a long time. Our home was vacant during Hurricane Harvey, and during the subsequent deep freeze that happened the following winter. David and his team checked on the property during these times and stayed in touch with me throughout. David was knowledgeable, responsive and helpful throughout the selling process. He was quick to return my calls and texts and always knew exactly who to call when we needed service or repairs.

We stayed with C21 because of previous good experience. Our previous realtor was unavailable but David exceeded our expectations. David was first class. Would recommend him to a friend and reach out to him if we were in the market to sell again! Great previous experience with C21 and David. We knew he would look out for our best interests and provide honest opinions and feedback as we navigated through the sale of the home.

We have bought and sold 3 homes with David, in 3 different towns, and if we did not move out of state, would definitely be using him again! He is knowledgeable and patient! My entire family and I had the pleasure of dealing with David Hageman many times over the years, his knowledge of real estate and how he takes care of his clients has always exceeded our expectations. David's friendly personality, honesty, how he goes out of his way for his clients and always has your best interest when buying or selling a house what sets him apart from the rest. An unforeseen event happen a few years back and had no choice but to sell our previous house quickly, so we contacted David to see what needed to be done. David gave his advice on what needed to be done, we listened and the house sold in 4 days. My wife and I was already stress and was worried the house would not sell fast. This was the first time having to sell a house and David's process of taking pictures, listing descriptions, keeping us informed everytime we had a viewing and what the comments was, to closing on the house, we felt no stress at all. We do not see David as a real estate agent but a good friend of the family and we appreciate what he has done for us over the years. Thank you, David and we wish you all the best!!

David is the absolute best! Very professional and very knowledgable. I had two different friends recommend David and I was not disappointed! I would use David again with any other sale/purchase and I will recommend him to anyone I know buying or selling a home.
