Seller reviewDavid helped explain the whole process to me clearly since this was my first time selling a home. He showed me everything he was going to do, all the types of advertisements to get the house out to as many possible buyers as possible. He explained to me any homes I will be competing against while selling the home. He walked the house down with me, helped me get any remaining areas taken care of before the sale. Once the house was listed it sold in a matter of days not weeks and I believe that was due to David getting the home out to as many possible buyers as possible.

Seller reviewHe actually personally paid for garage door openers so that the deal would not fall through! He spent a lot of time and effort trying to save our deal. The problem was negotiating with corporate since they had offered the homeowner an amount that was unrealistic based upon our appraised value. David was awesome!
