Seller reviewDavid helped explain the whole process to me clearly since this was my first time selling a home. He showed me everything he was going to do, all the types of advertisements to get the house out to as many possible buyers as possible. He explained to me any homes I will be competing against while selling the home. He walked the house down with me, helped me get any remaining areas taken care of before the sale. Once the house was listed it sold in a matter of days not weeks and I believe that was due to David getting the home out to as many possible buyers as possible.
