Seller reviewDavid knew of our circumstances, health, moving out of state, etc. We have had many years of friendship with David, and appreciate his care and concern. Our property was not the easiest listing for him, as it was an older home with orchard and sheds, with all of the attendant problems. We so love and appreciate David, who always goes the many extra miles. He is truly like a son to us. What more can one say?

I trust him completely, and he really knows the details of real estate transactions. During our last interactions, he suggested ways to proceed that I hadn't thought of, and it made everything so much easier. He is also well connected to inspectors, title companies, mortgage brokers, and agents from other firms. This makes everything go smoother.
