David Jukuri was courteous, patient, amiable and professional. He often had to play along while our 4-year old went through the house "inspecting". On many occasions, he had to wait while we painstakingly pulled off our toddlers snow boots cleaned them and put them on again after viewings. On one occasion he had to come and help dig our car out of the snow! He did all of those with a smile. Now for the professional side of things: David made some observations about our needs in a home. He made sure he pointed those particular details during home viewings. When we requested repeated viewing of a home, he made sure to point out aspects of the home we may miss or details we had not noted. He was thorough and well prepared. After the first few homes, he understood our need and guided our choices in that direction. Knowing that we had moved from out of town, David provided us with details and information relevant to the particularly challenging weather in the UP! David even accommodated a Skype viewing of a home while my spouse was away! Never pushy and always listening-thats how we would sum up David's approach to our nearly one-year long hunt for a home. I would not hesitate to recommend David to family and friends. I am sure they will also be as pleased as we are!
