My wife, Cathy and I were raised and live in the Kelso area. We have 2 children and 8 grandchildren. I am a veteran, graduated from Notre Dame High and Southeast Missouri University. Responded to all questions and requests in a timely and professional manner and was willing to go out of his way on countless occasions in order to make us feel comfortable or help us achieve our goal. David was the third agent we dealt with and by far the best, he exceeded our every expectation and was willing to go above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and informed at every turn. David was very attentive regarding new houses coming on the market, especially with those falling within our wants as a home. He also notice and mentioned many things that where both positive and negative about every property we considered in both physical forms as well as with contract. After dealing with two less than adequate agents beforehand David was like a breath of fresh air making the overall sales experience stress free and smooth.
