I began my real estate career in the Brainerd Lakes area full time in 1994. I was an associate broker for Edina Realty in Brainerd prior to moving to Bemidji in October of 2011. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Minnesota. I have over 25 years of experience in middle & upper management in publicly and privately held companies prior to making real estate my career. Buyer reviewThis is the second property we have purchased through David Knudson. In both instances I have appreciated his thoughtfulness and knowledge. When I have had questions, he is prompt to respond. If he doesn't know the answer immediately, he will do the research and be back in touch in a timely manner. He's there to help with the sale, but allows space for us to come to our own decisions. From my observation, he seems to truly enjoy helping folks navigate the purchasing process.
