Residential and commercial properties in Center City and the surrounding communities of Philadelphia are my areas of expertise. For over 8 years I have helped both buyers and sellers make educated real estate decisions. I received my real estate degree from Temple University. Over the years I worked hard to develop a deep market knowledge of Philadelphia, and I believe this makes me a prestigious asset of Century 21 Advantage Gold, the largest Century 21 in Pennsylvania. I was given Dave's number at a homeshowing after sharing how dissappointed I was feeling with the realtor I had been working with. This was my first time buying a home, so that was dissappointing. This person told me to call Dave. So I did. And we were on the phone for a good while that first conversation. I felt like I was on with an old friend by the end of the call. Dave is so down to earth, knowledgeable, genuine, and hilarious.. great sense of humor and wit! He was available every text I sent, call I placed, every showing I was interested in, & he reffered me to an excellent lender and home inspector. He made this process seamless. Dave is also a walking map! He knows the city like the back of his hand. I felt like I was so very much in the right hands. Dave negotaited with the seller's realtor and I settled on 9.12.24- Thanks to Dave!! This was such an awesome experience, because of him. Go with Dave!!!

Dave was extremely patient and conscientious of our needs. We toured 12 houses in one day, and Dave was still flexible enough to meet up with us on a whim to look at more houses the next day.
