Residential and commercial properties in Center City and the surrounding communities of Philadelphia are my areas of expertise. For over 8 years I have helped both buyers and sellers make educated real estate decisions. I received my real estate degree from Temple University. Over the years I worked hard to develop a deep market knowledge of Philadelphia, and I believe this makes me a prestigious asset of Century 21 Advantage Gold, the largest Century 21 in Pennsylvania. I have created a large network of clients and befriended community residents through my services in the real estate and food industries. I am known for my efficient, pleasant and easygoing personality. Born and raised in Philadelphia, I continue to reside and heavily invest in the City of Brotherly Love. I am a devoted husband of Michelle, and dedicated father of Milena and Matteo. Buyer reviewIn our initial interview with Dave Lombardo we were particularly impressed with his extensive knowledge of the city of Philadelphia. Such a pleasure working with Dave Lombardo! He was always accessible and always available to show us houses - typically on the same day and at a time convenient for us. This was really important in a market where houses often sold within in a day or two of coming on the market. He gave us honest, objective feedback on houses we were considering and never pressured us with any decision. He always put our needs and preferences first and was genuinely committed to helping us find our new home. Dave Lombardo was very detail oriented and helped us stay on track in the complex process of buying a house.

Seller reviewDavid Lombardo approaches the pricing and strategy of the selling of your house with modern analytics a la sabermetrics in baseball. He couples his keen use of sales data graphs and spreadsheets with a down-to-earth friendliness and familiarity that is ingratiating and easy. He accommodates your concerns and suggestions; and if you don't have any or don't know don't worry, Dave has plenty. Having Dave Lombardo as my selling agent removed the strain and confusion of selling my house for the best price I could get given the nature of the market at the time.
