Residential and commercial properties in Center City and the surrounding communities of Philadelphia are my areas of expertise. For over 8 years I have helped both buyers and sellers make educated real estate decisions. I received my real estate degree from Temple University. Over the years I worked hard to develop a deep market knowledge of Philadelphia, and I believe this makes me a prestigious asset of Century 21 Advantage Gold, the largest Century 21 in Pennsylvania. Seller reviewWe were overseas throughout the whole selling process, and Dave had exceeded all of ours expectations, making EVERYTHING (literally) very easy and simple for us. And boy, it sold fast! Dave is truly knowledgeable, very efficient on his work, master communications and has a tremendous network. And has a fun personality.
