David is a native of Farmington and is the co-owner of CENTURY21 SoWesCo Realty along with his wife Theresa. As a dedicated individual to the real estate profession, David works with his customers/clients on a one-on-one basis. His goal is to put the needs of his client's first and foremost. Since CENTURY21 SoWesCo Realty has been a leader in San Juan County real estate for 40 years, David is constantly striving to continue the company's excellent service to past and present clients and consumers. He works in all areas of real estate, and specializes in residential, land, and commercial real estate.
David is a multi-million dollar produces, a Relocation Specialist and member of the A Team. The A team is a team of agents within CENTURY21 SoWesCo Realty, trained to assist clients moving into or out of the San Juan County area. He served as President-Elect for the San Juan County Board of Realtors in 2009, President in 2010, and Immediate Pas President in 2011.
