Seller reviewDavid did a fantastic job selling my house. He was extremely patient with me and understood the difficulties of my situation. His skill and experience are second to none and I am truly grateful for his guidance and support throughout a very challenging period. Mr. Pennington is a kind and decent man who puts the needs of his clients ahead of his own. Oh, and by the way, he's a hell of a real estate broker. He demonstrated many times his understanding of a very volatile market and was quickly able to make adjustments. There are some really good agents in this market but to me, David stands head and shoulders above the rest. I highly recommend considering him whatever your housing needs might be.
