I would absolutely recommend David Pratt to friends and family. He is very honest, ethical and trust worthy. David always goes above and beyond. He is always available for questions, inspections, walk-thru's and anything else we may need. He diligently handles getting information from seller's agents and title companies. I never have to worry about anything slipping throught the cracks with timing. Just all around great experience working with him every time, as we have used him on multiple deals.
