Seller reviewI couldn't have had a better agent then David Pratt, he was absolutely the best! I live in New York and this was the sale of my parent's home in Florida. David made what could have been a very stressful situation, stress free! Not only was he very knowledgable of the real estate market, David was also kind, compassionate and very understanding of the personal and emotional side to this real estate transaction. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly-and it did! I can't say enough about David Pratt's integrity, professionalism, and what an all around great person he is to deal with. I highly recommend David Pratt!

Seller reviewDavid Pratt handled the sale of my home with professionalism and great attention to detail. I refer to it as the sale of my home, not my house, because I never felt that David treated the sale as just another business transaction. I always felt that it was important to him that I understand the entire process and that he showed nothing but respect for my home. Although I've moved to another state, I still maintain contact with many people in the Pasco area. If given the opportunity, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend David Pratt to anyone.

Seller reviewDavid managed it as a rental for me and then I used him when it came time to sell the property. He did a very good job for me, I'm very satisfied and would recommend him to others. He let me know what comparable places in the areas had recently sold for and he told me the strengths and weaknesses of my property in comparison to those. He suggested a price, which we went with, and we had an offer within 7 or 8 days of putting it on the market. The sale closed about 4 weeks later with no problems or delays.
