We met David purely by chance and after meeting him and our initial conversation felt that he would be a great fit to help us find our first home. David is knowledgeable, friendly, and had listing options for us in less than 24 hours of our first meeting. He understood what we were looking for and how important it was to us that we were being heard. The stressful process of home buying was much less so thanks to our now friend David Pratt. We could not be happier with our new home and David continues to assist us and answer questions even after we have closed. The only drawback to the conclusion of our purchase is that we will miss our almost daily conversations with David. We couldn't have imagined anyone better to guide us on this journey and share our first home search and ultimately purchase with. David really looked out for us and was a true advocate for his us, his clients. He was great at keeping me calm when things got stressful and explained everything clearly so I understood each step in the process. Our overall experience as first time home buyers was far beyond our expectations thanks to David's professional competence and calm, friendly personality. The sale of this house was very individual and unusual circumstances. David went above and beyond helping with this long distance and very emotional transaction. He is to be commended on his professionalism and realtor expertise. Without David Pratt, as far as this property is concerned, the sale of this house would have never occurred. It may have taken more than 12 weeks to sell, but that was due to a family member unwilling to relocate. I didn't know David Pratt before I needed to sell my mother's house.
