We put dave through hell and he came through for us time and time again. We lost our first house 3 days prior to close and had to start completely from scratch. Without dave we may have completely bailed on PA or the Scranton area. He was always available when we needed him and willing to do whatever we needed to help us find another home and work the best deal possible for our situation.

Dave was more of a friend through this process than an agent. He understood our wish list but I never felt like he was trying to "sell" me anything. His local knowledge is exceptional and he always went, and continues to go, above and beyond. I really don't have the words to express what an exceptional person and agent Dave was during our purchase of this home (and close miss on another!). I could not recommend Dave more highly due to his local knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile for his clients.

Good realtor, awesome person, very diligent and on top of everything. Always available and super knowledgable about properties and construction. You get a house inspection before you even decide if you are interested or not. Amazed at how much time he delegates to his clients and how willing he is to crawl up high or low places to make sure the house is in tip top shape to assist you in making the right decision.
