Seller reviewDavid has a lot of energy, and we love it. He has such a positive vibe about him, and it is enjoyable just being near him. We continue to utilize David Shelton on the many homes that Affordable Housing Solutions has for sale. David creates excitement in his listings. We are thankful for David Shelton as he continues to list and promote the properties that we have for sale. David spends time and goes the extra mile for each buyer that he works with. Everyone is treated the same, whether they are buying a $150,000 home or a $450,000 home. Every person is special to David Shelton and they will walk away with that feeling. Buyer reviewThis is the second time I have used David Shelton in 5 years. I bought my first home in SD through him. I found a new place that he helped me w/ the last 3 months. The purchase of my new home was contingent on the sale of 2 houses one in SD and one in MD. David was an absolute magician. He held together a deal that probably no one else in the real estate world ever could have. He is not just a real estate agent, he goes far and above the call of duty and treats people w/ the utmost respect. David's greatest attribute is his patience and poise when deals get hectic or potentially could take a turn for the worse. I could never imagine using anyone else in South Dakota. He is the best in the business for a reason. His work ethic is second to none. At the end of the day he took care of me and my family at a very very stressful time. You would be a fool to not utilize his services.
