Seller reviewWe found David through a good friend who used him to sell several properties of theirs and they were extremely satisfied. When we met David he was not only pleasant but seemed honest and experienced. He did not over promise in what our expectations should be but seemed confident in his assesment and recommendations. He gave us helpful guidance on preparing for showings and handled everything. Response was huge and after two days of showings we had six offers. David explained a number of factors influencing a good decision which helped us a lot in deciding on which offer to accept. He even took care of a few problems with our pool and sprinkler system after we moved 1400 miles away which allowed us to close on time. I strongly Recommend David!
