David did a wonderful job helping me list and sell my house. The house is among the most expensive ones in my neighborhood, so we were worried that the sale could be a challenge, especially given that I moved away and there were tenants around. Before the listing, I interviewed several realtors and chose David, because he seemed the most responsible, experienced and enthusiastic, and he certainly did live up to the expectations. One of the greatest strength of David is his abilities to use various marketing strategies, particular to produce amazing photos and videos - in that way he is not just any realtor, but also a professional photographer and stager. David produced an iVideo on my house which goes online to attract more buyers. This is a "real video" not a virtual tour which pans a photo like most other so called videos do. But above all, David knew how to get top dollar for my house. His strategy worked just like he said. Within 6 days we had multiple offers. He helped negotiate one offer for $10,000 more and with no home inspection. Working towards the closing, David went above and beyond. For example, he stayed around during the appraisal and made sure that the appraiser was fully aware of all the adjustments needed to fairly value the house. For another, he had a very comprehensive and useful closing checklist to help sellers. Everything went very smoothly. Great seller's agent.
