Seller reviewThis was a very unique sale. From house not on market, a showing to potential buyers, signed purchase agreement, to closing in less than 10 days on a holiday weekend was unbelievable. And property lines were adjusted so had to standby for survey and township assessor to do their jobs. All was extremely fast and well done by all parties! Couldn't have gone any smoother.
