Seller reviewI needed to sell a home quick for several reasons. I called Dawn Anderson explained my situation and asked her if she would be interested in listing my home? Two days later we were at the house going over some things and before the weekend we had papers signed and the house listed. The first showing was that weekend and the following weekend we had a purchase agreement. Dawn stood by her word, was courteous, kind, always available for questions and concerns. She helped me through the closing, knowing it was a hard move for me and offered support. She was top notch for performance and kindness. If I ever sell a home again she will be my gal to list it.

Seller reviewAlthough it was sad to sell - Bret and I lived there for 14 yrs, Dawn made the sale of our home a much better experience than we'd expected or even hoped for. She respected us and our wishes. She was never pushy, yet offered sound advice when we asked. Even if it had taken longer for our home to sell, or didn't do as well as it did, we would choose to work with her again! Dawn is an asset to Century 21. We cannot thank her enough!!
