As I drove past your office something made me turn around and go back, was it the luck of the draw that Dawn and I were brought together ? I really don't think so, in life things happen for a reason and I thank God for leading me to that place and time ! He made it possible for me to meet an extremely knowlegable, intellegent and very personable realestate agent . Dawn Bramblett was a godsend to me when I found myself inherting a house from my beloved brother who passed under difficult circumstances. The whole process was emotionally charged, and Dawn understood and respected that aspect of the sale. She is kind, helpful, sensitive and worked hard to get me the best deal. She had professional pictures taken, inspections completed in a timely manner, requests handled, and just plain getting things done. I marked the end deal as good and not excellent, only because the lender was the federal government and that proved to be a challenge. There wasn't anything that Dawn failed to do. Ultimately, I decided this offer was the one I should pursue and so I did indeed get the final result I desired...to be free of the responsibility of holding on to the house. It is hard to summarize in words the impact of having such an amazing realtor. Dawn put her best foot forward in this home buying process for my family and for that, I will be eternally grateful. Dawn did a tremendous job. My family needed a home and she made our dreams come true. She did all of this in a tough market for first time homebuyers. When we were ready to act, Dawn sprang into action knowing our chances were looking good.
