Seller reviewCalled Dawn Strandell to price another home of my client and she was honest, caring and professional. So that led to us contacting her for our own home. I was concerned about an area of our home however Dawn recommended us keeping it. We reached out to a second realtor we wanted to get two opinions especially with our concern. The other realtor recommended the area of our concern to be removed . Dawn reassured us and it sold on the first day. She priced our home at the right market price. She was great and worked hard to present all of our 8 offers and didn't at all try to influence us. She continued to guide us through the inspection and was supportive throughout our closing. I would recommend her she's on top of the entire process and kept in touch in between to make sure everything stayed on schedule. It all went so smoothly.
