Hi - I'm a native of Montana, retired military spouse, mom, grandma, Master Gardener and Certified Beekeeper. I've been a resident of Stafford, Virginia for over 16 years and love it. As a military family, we found the real estate world to be intimidating, overwhelming and less than forthright. So much so, we were never going to buy or sell another house. Infact, I swore I would stay far away from the industry. So why am I here? Seller reviewDawna was a true pleasure to work with. She met with us immediately to discuss what we were looking for in a realtor and put to rest any concerns we had. Within a day or two she already had investigated comps in our area and had come up with a sale price. She was reachable at any time of day or night and never made us feel like we were a bother or that any of our questions were not valid. Through every step in this process she has supported us and been there for us, even after the sale was completed she was available to us for anything we needed her to do. She is awesome at her job!
