I am a rural Southwest Wisconsin native who enjoys the outdoor lifestyle and has a deep understanding of the beautiful Driftless Region of Wisconsin with its many hills, valleys, rivers, streams, four distinct seasons, and many winding roads. My experience is in agriculture, business management, and customer service. I enjoy sharing and discussing land and property management tips with others, and have earned the trust and confidence of many through years of integrity and honest service. In 2010 I began my real estate career, focusing on rural Wisconsin properties, and have since helped hundreds of clients reach their goals. My new and recurring real estate clients benefit from my custom set of professional country property tools and from my experience of successfully helping guide a wide variety of local and out-of-state property buyers and sellers.
As a REALTOR / GRI, and a Land Specialist, I am continually being updated on all facets of Wisconsin real estate transactions, from mapping and survey work to managed forest law, zoning regulations, easements, and more.
For fun and relaxation, I enjoy driving my UTV, photography, exploring new places and nature.

Seller reviewThe Century 21 reputation. Dean Tainter was familiar with the area. He lived close to the property. He listened well when we met with him and was knowledgeable. He answered our questions honestly and is very friendly. When we asked for an Open House Dean didn't hesitate one bit and we appreciated that. He did an awesome video with the drone also. He "refreshed or "boosted" the post frequently and continued to try to drum up business. Dean responded promptly. He listened to us and offered his honest opinion and feedback.
