DeAnna Jilton of CENTURY 21 Legacy

Honestly, Deanna was a God send! I contacted Century 21 Legacy because that's the listing agency of the house we wanted. I assumed we'd be put in contact with the listing agent, but instead we were put in contact with Deanna. She was a blessing like no other and was exactly who we needed to get the deal sealed. Deanna was top notch when it came to details! She knows the reality business like no other. Even more so than one of the finance companies that we tried to deal with. She stayed on top of everything both on the deal of selling our house as well as purchasing our new one. She ensured that everything was done by the book as well as made sure that we were taken care off properly from getting the price we needed from our house as well as negotiating the deal on our new house. She was professional in every way. She also has tremendous knowledge of the area, local properties and contractors/inspectors when needed. Deanna excels at being the friend you never knew you had! She doesn't meet a stranger. She was very approachable from the get go and was always available for any questions that we had. She always called and/or sent texts of what was going on. Then this was usually followed with the needed documentation via email. We spent several nights communicating back and forth during the late night hours in order to make things happen when they needed to. She seemed to not mind at all and always made us feel that we were her number 1 priority although in reality I'm sure she had several other clients, but whom she also made feel the same way. I just can't sing enough praises about the experience we had with Deanna. She was everything that we needed and wanted in a realtor. She goes that extra mile and ensures that her client is taken care of. She thinks outside the box and does what is required to get the job done whether it's her responsibility or not. She became a friend in a short amount of time and we felt like we could trust her with any decision that we needed to make. She helped us in every aspect of this purchase from finding a contractor for the needed repair as well as a trustworthy finance company to use when our original fell through. She's just top notch in every way!

I wouldn't want to imagine having anyone else help me and my family besides deanna jilton. She was the perfect person to come to our needs for a home. Her knowledge along the way of every detail was also very helpful. If I ever decide to get my hands into realty again, deanna will be the person that I will call.
